 Relay for Life® Chosen As Charity Partner for Annual Florida Event
The 1st Annual Best Damn Race Jacksonville will help the world’s largest fundraising event to end cancer.

Jacksonville, FL, December 19, 2014 – Relay For Life® has been chosen as a charity partner for the 1st Annual Best Damn Race in Jacksonville, Florida on January 10, 2015. Relay for Life® is honored to be a beneficiary of this great event. Dollars raised by more than four million Relay participants in 24 countries help the American Cancer Society save lives by supporting education and prevention efforts, funding groundbreaking cancer research, and providing free information and services for people with cancer who need them.

The Best Damn Race, Jacksonville (http://jacksonville.bestdamnrace.com) features a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K at Metropolitan Park on Saturday January 10, 2015. The Best Damn Race is a running series created for runners by runners and aims to provide a big race experience at a local race price. The series features races throughout Florida in Cape Coral, Jacksonville, Safety Harbor, and Orlando.
